Navigating the U.S. immigration system is stressful enough. Add the emotional impact of family separation, trauma, fear of deportation, or years of uncertainty and it can feel overwhelming.

Why work with me?

I’ve seen first-hand how deeply immigration challenges affect an individual’s mental health and their family structure. I am honored to be able to offer evaluation services to help you through this challenging process.

I use my clinical background to understand how your lived experiences show up in your daily life helping to ensure your symptoms and story are accurately represented. I conduct thorough, trauma-informed and objective evaluations in English and Spanish that reflect your story with honesty, dignity, and care.

I work closely with immigration attorneys all over Texas and Maine to provide professional, court-ready reports that meet USCIS standards.

Book your 15-minute consultation call through the booking link below, email me at Intake@Alignedwc.com or text me 682-235-8942 to discuss logistics and obtain a release of information to consult with your attorney.

The formal evaluation will be conducted via secure telehealth platform. Depending on your case, I will schedule one or two sessions ranging from 2-3 hours to ensure the most comprehensive report.

The final evaluation averaging 10-25 pages detailing your situation and the impacts of abuse or hardship is sent to you or your attorney via encrypted email with an average turnaround time of 10-14 days after your final session.

*A rush fee of $300 is available if a report is needed within 7 days of the final session*

What to expect?

Flat rate of $1,000 for the evaluation, report and consulting.

A $500 deposit is required to schedule the appointment but 2 or 3 installment payment plans are available so please reach out with any questions.

The remaining balance is due before receiving the final signed report.

  • The I-601 waiver is for individuals who are inadmissible to the U.S. based on specific grounds. This waiver is used by those who are outside the U.S. or those who are in removal proceedings within the U.S.

  • The I-601A provisional waiver addresses the issue of unlawful presence in the U.S. and allows certain individuals who are already in the U.S. to apply for a waiver before they leave the country for consular processing. This waiver reduces the risk of long-term separation from family members during the green card process.
